International Standard Shipping

We partner with Priority Mail International to offer the most cost-effective shipping rates available. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing after your purchase is received. Estimated delivery times range from 15–30 business days, depending on your location. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays, and no guaranteed delivery date is provided for standard international shipments.

Due to varying customs procedures across countries, EroLush is not responsible for any delays, holds, or lost packages once your order has left our warehouse. If you experience issues with tracking or delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Should your package not arrive, you may file a claim with the carrier for further investigation.

For higher-value orders, we may opt to use a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery for added security.
